Summer is almost over, but it’s still extremely hot in many parts of the country. Being outside in this weather can be pretty miserable, but there is one great thing about hot weather: it’s an excuse to eat popsicles and ice cream!
Last weekend, I was searching for popsicle recipes online and found a few on The Prairie Homestead. I already know this site and really like it, so I decided to search their archives for other recipes. Turns out they have a bunch of recipes for summer treats, and the ones I’ve tried are really good.
So far I’ve made strawberry popsicles, mixed berry slushies, vanilla ice cream, and my favorite: blueberry-banana popsicles. I’ve been loving these treats so much that I decided to share them.
Below is a list of the recipes I found. You don’t have to be a cook to make these. Most of them are really easy to make and don’t take long at all. If you have a sweettooth, they’re at least worth a look.
