We all want to save money, but no one wants to look like a cheapskate. Unfortunately, this is a bit of a paradox. There are some instances where no matter what, you’re going to look cheap. For example, if your kid’s shoe tears open but you don’t want to buy new shoes yet, you could wrap the torn shoe in duct tape. It won’t look good, but it’ll work.
The good news is, there are dozens of ways to save money without looking like a cheapskate at all, and that is the topic of this article from Morning Chores. I liked this article so much that I bookmarked it for future reference and decided to share it with you guys.
Some of the ideas include: insulate your walls, eat less meat, buy OTC meds online, get your own modem, reuse glass jars, air dry your clothes, hand wash your dishes, use vinegar to clean your home, make your own laundry detergent, pick your own food at local farms, and more. If you’re trying to save money, you have to check out this list. I guarantee there are several great ideas you hadn’t considered.
