Do you buy baking soda in those tiny little boxes they sell at the grocery store? Not me. I buy huge 20-pound bags from Sam's Club. Sometimes people look at me weird when they see the big bag of baking soda on my kitchen floor. My friend once asked if I was starting a bakery.
The truth is, I don't use baking soda for food very often. Rather, I use it for cleaning up, deodorizing my home, and fixing things. That last one surprises people the most. How do you fix things with baking soda? This video by Big Family Homestead explains exactly how to do it.
All you need is baking soda and some Superglue. When you mix the two together, it makes an incredibly solid adhesive. So why not just use Superglue by itself? Because with this mix, you can shape it to whatever you need. So if you're filling a large crack, you can spread your mixture in there, then when it dries, you can sand it down so there isn't a big bump.
