65 Amazing Uses for PVC PipesPVC pipe is one of the most versatile inventions in the history of construction. PVC stands for “polyvinyl chloride,” and it is normally used for plumbing or drainage. But if you’re creative, you can find dozens of other uses for PVC pipe around the homestead.

If a week ago you had asked me how many things you can do with PVC, I could have come up with 10 or 20 ideas. But in this video, Foisy compiled a list of 65 things you can do with PVC pipe.

Can also use a piece of pvc to catch animals whether farm animals that get loose or wild animals that you need to get out of your attic. You simply run a piece of cable (like to tie a dog out) through the pvc leaving a loop at one in then put the loop around animal and pull the other end. Just make sure the pvc is long enough the animal can’t reach you. Then let go when you want to release. Doesn’t hurt the animal and the animal don’t hurt you. For larger animals u need metal pipe but works great on smaller ones.

I made a climbing toy for my toddler many years ago with PVC pipe. The two shorter ends were triangles, and the other two sides were for climbing.
